Job Description:
This position supports the legal department in managing
corporate governance and administrative functions, including board
meeting preparation, document execution, and maintaining corporate
records. The role combines high-level organizational support with
hands-on responsibility in legal and compliance operations. Client

Administer board book portals and coordinate materials for board
and committee meetings Maintain corporate records and prepare
official documentation, including minutes and questionnaires Handle
department invoice processing, budgeting support, and project
tracking Manage legal document execution through DocuSign and
physical channels Support travel arrangements and general
administrative tasks for the legal team Profile 5 to 7 years of
experience in a legal or corporate administrative support role
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and
PowerPoint) Familiarity with tools like board portals, DocuSign,
and Basware (or similar) preferred Detail-oriented with strong
organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated,
proactive, and collaborative team playerAble to juggle multiple
