Medical, Dental, Vision Job Details Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree
or professional certifications (like CPA, CIA, CISA, or ACCA) will
be considered a plus. Minimum of 2 years in Tax Prep Strong
analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with the ability to
motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to present complex financial information in a clear and concise
manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other
business-related software. High level of integrity and
dependability with a strong sense of urgency and
