$120,000-185,000/year Client/Job Summary: Our client is a
fast-growing, innovative fintech company looking for a technical
accountant to support their team on complex accounting matters and
emerging business initiatives. This role involves partnering across
teams on high-impact projects, ensuring technical accuracy, and
influencing key business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead
technical accounting evaluations for new and emerging business
initiatives. Develop accurate technical memos and documentation.
Monitor and implement new accounting standards, ensuring consistent
application across the business. Collaborate cross-functionally
with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Drive continuous
improvement and automation. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
in Accounting AND active CPA (or equivalent) 5 YOE in public
accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or technical accounting roles.
Experience in fintech, clearing firms, broker dealers, crypto, or
high-growth environments a plus. Knowledge of GAAP,
cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and ability to
interpret and apply evolving regulations. Company Description
