About the Role We are hiring a high-performing Sr.
Analyst/Associate to join the Office of the CEO, reporting directly
to the Chief of Staff. This role sits at the center of the
company's decision-making engine. You will combine structured
project management with rigorous KPI and data analysis to keep the
organization aligned, accountable, and executing at a high level.
You'll support CEO and Chief of Staff initiatives, build
performance reporting, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and
help ensure critical priorities move forward with clarity and
speed. This is the ideal role for someone who is analytical,
detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by the challenge of
helping a high-growth company operate with discipline. What You'll
Do KPI Tracking, Analysis & Performance Insights Build and maintain
dashboards, models, and reporting that highlight business
performance and emerging trends. Analyze core metrics to identify
inflections, risks, and opportunities, then translate findings into
clear insights for the CEO and Chief of Staff Partner with
analytics and operational leaders to ensure reporting is accurate,
consistent, and reflective of the company's priorities Contribute
to monthly/quarterly reviews, CEO summaries, and data-driven
narrative updates Project Management & Execution Manage
cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity of scope,
timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes Track CEO- and Chief
of Staff-led initiatives, keeping deliverables on pace and
escalating risks with proactive solutions Build project plans,
trackers, and operating systems that keep workstreams aligned and
moving quickly Support execution of company operating rhythms
including OKRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and executive
meetings Cross-Functional Leadership Support Coordinate with senior
leaders to ensure alignment, follow-through, and accountability on
high-priority deliverables Prepare materials for executive team
meetings, management meetings, and CEO prep sessions Support the
Chief of Staff in translating the CEO's priorities into clear
communication, action items, and structured follow-ups Help ensure
the right information flows between teams at the right time to
enable fast, high-quality decision-making Executive-Ready
Communication Draft clean, structured memos, presentations, and
summaries for CEO use internally and externally Manage preparations
for company wide all-hands Prepare briefing materials for meetings,
synthesize discussions, and document next steps with precision
Operate with exceptional attention to detail - every document
should be final-quality What We're Looking For 2–5 years of
experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity,
corporate strategy, or an analytical operating role High performer
with meaningful ownership experience, such as managing complex
processes, coordinating across teams, or leading workstreams in
demanding environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to
build models, dashboards, and structured recommendations; advanced
Excel required, SQL/Tableau a plus Strong slide-building and
presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides); healthcare
analytics experience is a plus Proven project management skills:
organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams
simultaneously Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to
producing high-quality work High degree of initiative and
independence, with the ability to drive work forward in a
fast-paced, ambiguous environment Excellent written and verbal
communication, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
Operates well under pressure and works effectively with tight
timelines Deep alignment with Charlie Health's mission and a desire
to contribute to meaningful work Located within 45 minutes of NYC

compensation for this role will be between $91,000 and $134,000 per
year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base
compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus.
The target total cash compensation range, including potential
bonus, will be between $100,000 and $147,000 per year. Please note,
pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be
impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity,
and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash
compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which,
depending on the position, may include stock options and other
