Job Description Job Description Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development The Thermal Processor Operator will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor. Hired applicants will undergo Operator training. Duties will include: Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller. Training will be provided. Daily maintenance. Equipment Repair. Technical support will be provided. Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System (VRS) and Moisture Control adjustments Instrumentation maintenance. Technical support will be provided. Sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product Monitor Oil/Water Separator (OWS), VRS, Air Chiller unit, Carbon Packs Feed SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor with Cat 307.5 Tracked Excavator Site cleanup and support Boiler Operation. Black Seal Training Provided. Qualifications and Education Requirements 2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience. Industrial Work experience 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided Additional relevant Skills Mechanical maintenance Experience N2 water Treatment License Black Seal Boiler operations license Class B CDL license Applicant will undergo training.
