What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Ticket Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers warmly and assisting with ticket purchases. - Managing ticket sales efficiently, both in-person and online. - Providing accurate information about events, schedules, and venue policies. - Resolving customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a smile. - Maintaining an organized and secure ticketing area. - Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth event operations. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 1 year of experience in a ticketing, customer service, or similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems (preferred but not required). - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
