Job Description:
The ICM WLCR Data Program Management lead delivers program
leadership to drive deliverables and transformation activities and
provides thought leadership on strategic planning and program
execution. The lead also provides oversight of the book of work for
the Lending data agenda. -Excellent communication skills required
in order to influence a wide range of audiences.The job will
involve frequent internal negotiations which will have a major
impact on the area managed, and possibly on other related areas and
organization. Develops medium- to long-term plans in consultation
with SMEs and other partners within ICM and other partner
organizations. - This role will have management responsibilities,
managing a small group of directs, with a view of the entire WLCR
data organization. -Responsibilities:
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day
activities of running a program or portfolio of programs, with
oversight of the program execution against plan
- Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders and
partners
- Establishes processes in coordination with partners to ensure
cross-functional dependency management
- Collaborates with stakeholders, including senior management,
program sponsor to ensure program scope definition meets business
goals and to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in
line.
- Works across internal and external functions to define and
align program dependencies
- Manages and oversees the preparation and communication of
status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including
senior management, on a timely basis.
- Identification of risks which impact program delivery and work
with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
- With management, develop the organizational strategy and
strategic direction of the group's Book of Work
- Supports the annual business planning initiatives
- Supports a large team through functional managers/senior
professionals and provides thought leadership on program execution
and mitigation of program delivery risks.
- Develops strategic direction and feedback with respect to
initiative or program creation, alignment to business goals,
stakeholder management, executive communications, and the like.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years' managerial
experience
- Consistent record as Program or Project Manager, Lead, PMO or
department head, managing teams and large, strategic
cross-functional projects Previous program/project management,
consulting, technology and/or management
- Proven track record of successfully managing in a large and
complex business
- Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving
skills
- Proven track record of bringing diverse groups and perspectives
to work against a common goal
- Ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships
and to work across multiple facets of Citi businesses
- Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior
members of an organization
- Proven track record as change agent, with ability to encourage
and embrace innovative ideas and solutions
- Self-aware with ability to adapt to various situations, rapidly
assimilate and report on complex information while creating a
future vision
- Excellent in building professional relationships with staff and
clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal
