Stewardship Engineer you will play a pivotal role ensuring the
robustness and quality of our data across all domains, which will
directly influence patients who use our life-saving products. Key
tasks include metadata management in Collibra, workflow design and
implementation, and applying data governance principles in our
Collibra platform. If you are passionate about data governance and

Description:As part of enterprise Data Catalog platform team, you
will contribute to our success in the following areas:
- Work with our divisional partners to onboard their data to our
data catalog and help drive adoption within their teams.
- Understand divisional requirements and codify them within the
data catalog
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standards
for platform usage.
- Perform product engineering and develop automation
utilities.
- Educate users on the platform, promoting consistent use.Who you
are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on professional who has been in the technology industry
for minimum 7-11 years as a Data Engineer.
- Experience with Collibra Data Catalog is a must have
requirement demonstrated by having a Collibra Ranger
certificate.
- Deep expertise in Collibra data catalog platform, including
configuration, settings maintenance & automation, Collibra
dashboard design and maintenance
- Experienced in workflow design, development, and maintenance
using Collibra Workflow Designer
- Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Collibra
Data Governance, including developing metadata ingestion,
metamodels, and workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data
stewardship processes, data quality concepts, and best
practices.
- Strong experience in configuring and connecting to various data
sources for metadata, data lineage, data profiling and data
quality.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality
technical documentation
- Strong level of SQL is a must.
- Knowledge of data transformation (ETL/ELT) routines.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and how to use them
programmatically.
- Knowledge of GitHub and Python is an advantage
- Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD
- Some experience with Spark/PySpark would be good.
- Good standard of professional communication and building
working relationships with customers.
- Good time-management skills and ability to work
independently.
- Innovative mindset, willingness to learn new areas and adapt to
change.
- Strong work documentation habits with and attention to detail
and accuracy.
