Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time
Critical Care Physician and Intensivists for Cardiothoracic ICU
team in Oceanside and Manhattan. Mount Sinai South Nassau (MSSN) is

health care. Intensivist (MSH and MSSN): The Cardiothoracic ICU at
Mount Sinai South Nassau includes: • 10-12 Bed CTICU/CVICU •
Routine and Complex cardiac surgical cases • Academic appointment
at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai• Highly competitive

Successful applicants will be outstanding, highly collaborative
clinicians, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care
Medicine with a passion for acute care. Outstanding communication
skills, a high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the
ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment are
essential. Responsibilities This intensivist provides care to
critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Units and supervises
housestaff. This intensivist evaluates patients who may require
critical care when called by the Emergency Department or other
inpatient units, including consultations for emergencies in other
critical care units. This intensivist leads emergency responses and
supervises medical housestaff in Medical Code, Rapid Response, and
Sepsis Code Teams. Position Details: • Academic appointment at

Compensation range from 300K to 426K (not including bonuses /
incentive compensation or benefits) Salary Disclosure Information:

experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical
collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary

certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed
salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment
and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
