and Physical Therapy is actively interviewing for our Office Aide
position! Set in one of our 4 state of the art offices in Oakland,
Wayne, Fair Lawn, and Clifton NJ, this is a great entry level job
for someone who is interested in getting hands on experience in
both a physical therapy gym and medical office setting! Experience
is a plus but not needed, willing to train the right candidate who
has a strong customer service and patient center background. The
office aide acts as a helping hand for both our physical therapy
and chiropractic departments. Open to interviewing for both part
and full time positions and salary , our full time hours range from
Mon/Wed/Fri 8AM-4PM & Tues/Thurs 11AM-7PM What Were Looking For: We

Responsibilities: Patient Support: Instruct patients and assist
them in setting up for various therapeutic treatments and
exercises. Provide support during physical therapy and medical
procedures, ensuring patients have a positive experience. Assist
therapists and medical technicians with patient care, helping them
with exercises and mobility needs as directed. Training
Opportunities: Receive training on cutting-edge therapies
includingPettibon Therapy,decompression,Class 4 Deep Tissue Laser,
andshockwave therapy, among other advanced treatment techniques.
Gain hands-on experience with these therapies to support patient
care and therapeutic goals. Administrative and Clinical Support:
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with processing
insurance and billing details. Keep the office organized and ensure
the facility is clean and well-maintained. Supply and Equipment
Management: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring that medical
supplies and therapy equipment are adequately stocked. Assist with
ordering supplies and maintaining equipment to ensure it is clean,
sanitized, and ready for use. Team Collaboration: Work closely with
our physical therapy and chiropractic teams , and office staff to
provide seamless patient care and a five-star experience. Ensure a
positive, compassionate environment for patients during their
