Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor to join our team. As an LAC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's mission to provide quality care and support to individuals and families. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Client Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards. Communication and Collaboration: Consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans. Supervision and Growth: Experience oversight from direct supervision of a qualified supervisor. Motivation for continued professional development and growth.
