Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday–Friday Employment Type:
Permanent | Hourly Pay Rate: $58 – $60 per hour (Biweekly Pay)
Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN
Supervisor to join the leadership team at a high-acuity skilled
nursing facility in Five Towns, NY . The facility is under new
ownership and has been beautifully renovated , offering a
refreshed, supportive work environment built for clinical
excellence. In this full-time, permanent role , you will be
responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality care
delivery across multiple units, and supporting efficient daily
operations. This includes oversight of one floor dedicated to
ventilator-dependent residents , which requires confident clinical
decision-making and a commitment to safety and best practices. This
is an ideal role for a skilled RN leader ready to grow in a
fast-paced setting and make a meaningful difference every day. Key
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinical operations across
high-acuity nursing units Supervise and support nursing staff to
maintain compliance and quality of care Provide leadership across
multiple care areas, including one ventilator unit floor
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered
care Uphold facility policies, safety standards, and care protocols
Serve as a key liaison between families, staff, and leadership
Requirements Active RN license in the state of New York Minimum 1
year of RN supervisory/leadership experience Experience with
ventilator care is strongly preferred Background in high-acuity,
skilled nursing, or subacute care environments Excellent
communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Able to
adapt in a fast-moving, team-oriented workplace Compensation &
Benefits Hourly Rate: $58 – $60 Employment Type: Permanent,
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay
