practice is focused on personalized care to meet the unique needs
of each client. Role Description This is a part-time, full time or
contract hybrid role for a Therapist, based in Bay Shore, NY, with
work from home flexibility. The Therapist will be responsible for
providing individual therapy sessions, developing personalized
treatment plans, conducting initial assessments, and maintaining
client records. Qualifications Licensed to practice therapy in New
York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience in
individual and group therapy Strong assessment and treatment
planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Proficiency in
electronic medical records (EMR) systems Master's degree in
Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Experience
with teletherapy or virtual therapy platforms (preferred)
