Competitive hourly pay: $30-50/hour (depending on location & experience) incentive bonus Health benefits package for full-time employees after 30days: medical vision dental 401K life ins. disability Paid time off: 3 weeks 8 holidays Flexible schedule 1-hr lunches Continuing Education (CE) credits Opportunities for growth and potential equity Locations: NowDental of Suffolk: 496 Smithtown Bypass, Suite 300, Smithtown, NY 11787 Concerned Dental of Farmingville: 1025 Portion Road, Suite F, Farmingville, NY Concerned Dental of Port Jefferson, 492 Old Town Road, 1st Floor, Port Jefferson, NY Hiring for various part-time & full-time shifts : Monday - Saturday Responsibilities: Welcome and seat patients cheerfully Prepare and set up treatment rooms for hygiene procedures Update patients' health history and provide oral hygiene education Perform scaling, root planning, and fluoride application Identify periodontal and restorative issues; facilitate dentist's treatment recommendations Capture and interpret x-rays Conduct head, neck, and oral cancer exams Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures Schedule appropriate follow-up appointments Maintain a clean and organized dental lab Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines as well as office standards Requirements: Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program NY state license CPR certification 1-year dental experience, preferred Certification in anesthesia, preferred if applicable Interview Process: 1 virtual 1 in-person interview Affinity Dental Management is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
