Headway is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our innovative team dedicated to revolutionizing mental health care. As a key player in our network, you will provide personalized mental health services, utilizing our seamless connection platform to engage with patients directly. By integrating therapy access through insurance, we strive to make mental health services more attainable and less stigmatizing for all. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Provide psychotherapy using various modalities and evidence-based practices. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide insights and progress updates. Engage in continuous education to stay informed about new treatments and practices in mental health care. Maintain confidential records of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress. Advocate for mental health awareness and contribute to community education initiatives. Strong clinical skills in psychological assessment and therapy Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Capability to work independently as well as part of a team Malpractice Insurance Current state license as a Licensed Psychologist. Additional certification in a specialized area of mental health (e.g., CBT, DBT certification) preferred.
