Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to
provide therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, or
developmental challenges. The OT will evaluate patients, develop
treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve
independence and functional performance. Responsibilities Evaluate
patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy
to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, strength, and coordination
Address functional limitations related to injury, illness, or
disability Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as
needed Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and
equipment Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate
with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Requirements
Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Required: Active OT license in state of practice or ability to
obtain Preferred: Previous occupational therapy or healthcare
experience
