Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in the healthcare industry with

is seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Team Leader to
oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. In this pivotal
role, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the efficient and
effective delivery of medical products that meet the highest
quality standards. Your expertise will help uphold our mission of
eliminating preventable treatment errors by ensuring all supply
chain processes are aligned with our safety objectives. Lead and
mentor a team of supply chain professionals ensuring high levels of
performance and employee engagement. Develop effective supply chain
strategies that align with company objectives and market needs.
Manage and optimize inventory levels while ensuring the constant
availability of essential products. Collaborate with other
departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of
essential materials. Implement continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure
compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines in all
supply chain processes. Monitor and report on supply chain
performance, providing insightful analysis to senior management.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in supply
chain management software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage
logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development
to the shipment of finished items. Understanding of compliance
regulations within healthcare supply chain management. Medical
Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management
(CPIM) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not
mandatory
