Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the database. Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues or concerns with professionalism and tact, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service technicians, parts department, and management team to ensure smooth operations and clear communication. Manage and sustain efficient workflow processes ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and accurate billing. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain internal service reports, track customer feedback, and monitor performance metrics. Training & Development: Attend company-provided training and keep up to date on industry trends and advancements in truck service and repair.
