Job Description:
TransForce, a nationally recognized leader in CDL staffing and
compliance services, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to
join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our
logistics operations, where we strive to connect quality drivers

efficiency in transportation solutions. As a Warehouse Associate,
you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization of our
warehouse, facilitating the smooth operation that is essential for
timely and safe deliveries. Your efforts will directly enhance our
ability to service our clients, supporting our commitment to
excellence and safety in all we do. Organize and maintain inventory
and storage area, ensuring neatness and conformance to standards
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks,
to handle merchandise safely Track and log all activities
concerning inventory control, transportation, and logistics Prepare
products for shipping by wrapping items securely and preparing
shipping labels Coordinate with logistics staff to ensure proper
shipment processes Assist in inventory audits and maintain accurate
records for all items in the warehouse Follow all safety protocols
and standards within the warehouse environment Proven ability to
operate forklifts and pallet jacks Strong organizational skills
with attention to detail Ability to manually handle materials,
potentially lifting up to 50 lbs Basic understanding of inventory
management software Excellent coordination and communication skills
to interact with team members and management Knowledge of shipping
and receiving procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

willing to undergo training)
