Job Description Job Description Continuous Improvement Specialist - Packaging Manufacturer Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist - Packaging Manufacturer Location: Bensalem, PA 19020 (Northeast Philadelphia) Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Bonus Founded in the 1970s we're a 500 employee packaging manufacturer that specializes in corrugated containers, point-of-purchase displays & custom packaging solutions. We serve clients in food, beverage, pharmaceutical & consumer goods industries and combine design, manufacturing, and logistics under one roof. For this Continuous Improvement Engineer position you will drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process enhancements across production and support functions. What You Will Be Doing Lead Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve throughput Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and SOPs Train staff on lean methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership on CI initiatives What You Need for this Position 3 years of continuous improvement experience ideally in the packaging space Proven experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Excellent communication and facilitation abilities across all organizational levels Hands-on experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing environments What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
