Job Description : You will provide enterprise-wide technical support in Industrial Hygiene. The candidate for this role possesses and applies advanced knowledge of Industrial Hygiene to the completion of projects of major complexity and has achieved enterprise-level recognition as an expert in their professional field. Also, you will have already established relationships with external professional organizations to influence new standards and guidelines in this field.You will help contribute to the development, alignment, and strategy of safety and health programs and support in your field of specialization for the enterprise. In addition, you will mentor safety and health professionals throughout the enterprise while providing technical oversight and guidance to reduce overall risk to the company.You will report to the Director of Safety. Responsibilities :

• Conduct, and direct development and research work on complex projects necessitating the organization and application of new approaches.
• Promote solutions including road mapping, execution, and delivery, with an emphasis on ensuring high-quality processes and scalability.
• Explore new technologies and ways to improve safety programs and solutions.
• Articulate compelling business case for change.
• Maintain important external alliances.
• Obtain full engagement through inspiring communications and influence.
• Provide support to subject matter partners enterprise-wide.
• Represent us in outside discussions and technical forums.
• Generally work with wide latitude for unreviewed action.
• Assist Partners and Leaders to prevent injury, reduce risk and assure compliance by integrating actionable, sustainable and efficient safety processes into their business.
• Research and inform partners and Safety & Health Leadership of local, global and industry issues and safety best practices. Basic Qualifications :
  • 15+ years of Professional Experience focused on Industrial Hygiene.
  • Board certification or license appropriate to the subject matter concentration (CIH, CSP, REHS, PE). Required Education :
    • BS in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or equivalent (ABET) Preferred Education :
