• Enters orders placed by customers, answer/research customer inquiries, track orders through SAP, communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer. Extremely important as the majority of our products are made to order and are not stocked in finished goods inventory.
• Generates deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on shipments as large orders need to be palletized and planned accordingly.
• Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Manages the more complex territories.
• May solicit sale of new products.The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
