Job Description Job Description Our NYC based client is seeking
a highly organized Event Planning Specialist to drive the strategy,
execution, and success of in-person and virtual events. In this
role, you'll manage everything from large trade shows to executive
dinners, using AI-powered tools to enhance targeting, streamline
logistics, and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities Plan and
execute a mix of trade shows, partner events, client gatherings,
and virtual webinars. Use AI to optimize audience targeting,
outreach, promotion, and post-event insights. Oversee full event
lifecycle: strategy, logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, and
reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, SDRs,
Legal, Finance, and Product. Lead pre- and post-event campaigns to
drive attendance and follow-up pipeline activity. Provide
data-driven reporting and recommendations to improve event
performance. Ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation
across all touchpoints. Qualifications 2 years in event management
(B2B SaaS or professional services preferred). Experience with
large-scale events and smaller VIP-style engagements. Familiarity
with AI or automation tools for marketing/event optimization.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Strong
communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Experience
managing vendors, contracts, and budgets. Analytical mindset and
comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Pay Details:
