Digital Marketing Lead, reporting into the Campaign Operations Team
Lead, to elevate our growth engine. As a key member of the B2B
Growth Marketing team, you will own end-to-end digital strategy and
execution, managing and optimizing paid media programs across
search, social, display, programmatic, digital ad placements, and
content syndication. This hands-on role is ideal for a strategic,
analytical marketer who thrives on measurable outcomes. You will
collaborate with the marketing programs, web, and analytics teams
to deliver full-funnel campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate
revenue, and improve marketing efficiency. This is a remote
position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate
with a distributed team. What you'll do: Strategy & Ownership
Develop and execute a full-funnel digital strategy across Google,
LinkedIn, Meta, and other key channels, aligned to awareness,
consideration, and conversion goals. Partner with the Marketing
Programs team to translate campaign strategies into high-performing
digital programs that engage target accounts and key personas.
Manage relationships with content syndication and digital partners
to expand reach among ideal customer profiles and high-intent
audiences. Stay current on competitive trends and emerging digital
tactics to keep Spring Health's approach innovative and effective.
Execution & Optimization Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns
that drive high-quality leads and account engagement. Collaborate
with web and marketing operations teams on conversion rate
optimization (CRO) to improve website and landing page performance.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging,
creative, CTAs, and targeting. Analyze performance data with the
analytics team to identify insights and drive continual ROI
improvements. Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across ad
and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign
Manager, GA4, Salesforce and Hubspot. Innovation & Growth Leverage
AI tools and automation for analysis, creative generation, audience
segmentation, and optimization. Test and evaluate emerging channels
and formats to expand reach within key segments. Develop repeatable
playbooks for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to scale
best practices. What success looks like: High-quality leads, MQAs,
and opportunities that consistently meet or exceed targets.
Increased pipeline contribution and revenue influenced by digital
programs. Improved conversion rates from high-intent leads to
opportunities. Lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through
smarter targeting and optimization. Clear, actionable reporting
that ties digital performance to pipeline and revenue. Strong
growth in brand visibility and engagement within target accounts.
What you'll bring: 6–8 years of B2B digital marketing experience,
preferably in SaaS or technology. Proven ability to develop and
scale paid programs across search, social, and display. Deep
expertise in SEM, paid social, content syndication, retargeting,
and account-based advertising. Strong analytical skills and
understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and optimization
levers. Hands-on experience with GA4, Salesforce, marketing
automation, and digital ad platforms. Strong grasp of audience
targeting, segmentation, and data-driven optimization. Experience
using AI and automation to enhance digital performance. Excellent
communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. A growth
mindset and bias toward action, with comfort testing, learning, and
iterating quickly. The target base salary range for this position
is $147,140 - $183,930, and is part of a competitive total rewards
package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from
the target range and is determined by a number of factors including
experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant
business considerations. We review all employee pay and
compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation
Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay. Benefits
