What You'll Do: - Lead a team in creating a hospitable environment for customers and associates alike. - Take an active role in assisting the management team to build store business. - Support the execution of visual merchandising and product placement updates. - Support all areas of operational excellence, including managing inventory according to policies and procedures including filling orders, recalls, recovery, replenishment, re-tickets etc. - Educate, coach, mentor and inspire all store associates based on their individual strengths, opportunities and needs. - Create a relationship-based selling culture where all associates align around the needs of our customers to drive customer loyalty and a sustainable sales trend. - Responsible for leading/supervising others on occasion as well as opening/closing the store independently. - Able to plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business. - Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.
