and service competitively As a sales account manager, you should
work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their
queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive
customer experience. You should have excellent communication and
negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. An Account
Manager is a primary point of contact for customers. The account
manager finds opportunities to increase sales while supporting the
customer’s overall satisfaction with Klipboard and our products. In
a senior account manager role, the employee will be responsible for
training junior team members, acting as liaison with our UK billing
teams and supporting trade show activity. Key Responsibilities:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters
specific to your accounts Building and maintaining strong,
long-lasting customer relationships Overseeing customer account
management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to
maximize profit Account Managers also answer client queries and
identify new opportunities among existing customers. Account
Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including
Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve
the entire customer experience. This position may require
occasional travel. This role will act as liason with our UK teams
in billing and collections. Attending and supporting customer
events and trade shows is expected. Skills, Knowledge and
Experience: Essential Effective communication skills Proficiency
with CRM software Have a general comprehensive knowledge of sales
processes and goals Must possess excellent communication skills
both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone”
successfully Special Conditions The company reserve the right to
require you to work in accordance with our Out of Hours
(OOH)/On-call rota at such time your manager feels your experience
is suitable to do so. Further details will be provided in due
course. This role may require a medium amount of travel in North
