Job Description Job Description Salary: $175/hr negotiable CarePath Injury Centers Provider Group is Seeking a Part-Time Neurologist for our injury, accident and pain management practice with offices located in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. Who we are: Our mission is to deliver an all-in-one, best in class, therapy centers for those suffering from injuries, accidents and pain related conditions. Description: The Outpatient Neurologist will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients presenting with neurologic complaints and injuries resulting from trauma, workplace incidents, or vehicular accidents. The role includes conducting comprehensive consultations, reviewing imaging and diagnostics, and providing objective, medically necessary documentation that supports patient care and assists with legal proceedings. This role does require small travel throughout our offices in and surrounding Philadelphia, PA. Key Responsibilities: Perform neurological evaluations and consultations for outpatient patients with acute and chronic injuries Provide clear documentation for medical-legal purposes, including detailed reports, narrative summaries, and impairment ratings when needed Order and interpret neurodiagnostic testing (e.g., MRI, EEG, EMG/NCS, CT scans) Collaborate with referring physicians, case managers, and legal teams to support comprehensive care plans Offer expert medical opinions regarding causality, prognosis, and treatment recommendations Maintain compliance with Workers' Compensation and PIP (Personal Injury Protection) reporting standards Qualifications: MD or DO degree with board certification (or eligibility) in Neurology Experience in outpatient neurology; prior medical-legal or IME experience is a plus Comfort working with diverse patient populations and injuries Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills Active medical license in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to communicate with spanish-speaking patients is a plus Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, $175/hr negotiable Flexible part-time schedule 2 days/week M-F, no weekend work Visiting our offices located in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs *CarePath is an equal opportunity employer
